Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your items and place them back into the original shipping box, ensuring all original labels and protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our atelier.
